Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or playing mobile applications operated under the Orpa Play brand (referred to as "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing, installing, or playing our mobile games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use our applications.

1. Limited License

Orpa Play grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play our games on mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to distribute, copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on our games or assets.

2. Fair Play & Prohibited Actions

To ensure the integrity of high scores and protect competitive game loops, we enforce a strict anti-cheating framework. When playing games under our brand, you agree NOT to:

• Manipulate score values or device configuration variables using memory injection tools, emulators, or debuggers.
• Utilize automated scripts, bots, or modifications to gain an unfair advantage in rankings.
• Saturate, flood, or manipulate communication pathways between the game client and our API servers.
• Attempt to validate falsified transaction receipt tokens to unlock in-game parameters.

Violation of these fair play covenants will result in the immediate ban of your installation ID, erasure of leaderboard high scores, and cancellation of your software license.

3. Virtual Purchases & Currency

Our applications may offer virtual goods or currency for purchase via official app store channels (Google Play Billing / Apple Billing).

• All sales of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or platform billing regulations.
• Virtual currency and assets hold no real-world value, and cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or retire virtual assets at any time without liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All source codes, graphics, level designs, sound effects, animations, brand names, and logos associated with the Orpa Play brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Orpa Play. No rights or copyrights are transferred to you through licensing.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Games under our brand are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Orpa Play does not warrant that our games will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. In no event shall Orpa Play be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will post modifications by changing the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our applications following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
